On this page we explain how we ship your order and when you can expect it at home.

When you order today, we aim to dispatch your items the next working day. Royal Mail delivers from Monday to Saturday, with most parcels arriving within 1 to 3 working days of dispatch under standard delivery. Royal Mail generally delivers letters and parcels Monday to Saturday, with no regular deliveries on Sundays or bank holidays. While we do our best to deliver your order on time, delays with Royal Mail or other external circumstances are unfortunately beyond our control.

Example delivery times

• You order on Monday. Your item is packed and handed to Royal Mail on Tuesday, it is likely to arrive Wednesday.
• You order on Thursday. Your item goes out Friday and is likely to arrive Saturday.
• You order on Friday. Your item is prepared Monday and usually arrives Tuesday.

Royal Mail delivery times can vary slightly depending on location, traffic and weather, but most UK parcels sent with standard services arrive within a few working days.

Shipping is free on orders over £25.

For orders under £25, a £4 shipping fee applies.

Returns are £4. If you decide to return your order, you will be charged a £4 return postage fee.
