Deleting your account or personal data

ExamEssentials respects the privacy of all users of the ExamEssentials platform. You can trust that any personal information you share with us is treated confidentially. We use your data to process orders correctly and completely, to keep you informed, and to collect anonymous usage statistics so we can offer you the best possible learning experience.

If you would like to delete your account, you can do this easily by logging in to your account and going to your profile page: https://account.examessentials.co.uk/profile

At the bottom of the page, you will find a button to delete your account.

Once your account has been deleted, all personal data linked to that account will be automatically removed from our platform.
Any activation codes you have will remain valid until their expiry date. This means you can create a new account and link those codes again, as long as they are still valid.
