What is your question regarding?
General
When will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered within 3 working days. While we do our best to deliver your order on time, delays with Royal Mail or other external circumstances are unfortunately beyond our control.
My order has not arrived after three working days. What should I do?
That is really frustrating. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please check the status of your delivery using your track and trace code, as there may have been a delay with the courier.
Let’s wait one more working day to see if your order arrives. If it still has not arrived after that, please contact us. We will look into what went wrong and find a suitable solution for you.
How will my order be delivered?
We send your order as a letterbox delivery, so it will fit through your letterbox and you do not need to be at home to receive it.
If you order five or more products, the delivery will no longer fit through the letterbox and will be sent as a parcel instead.
What about delivery costs?
Shipping is free on orders over £25. For orders under £25, a £4 delivery fee applies.
Problems with your order or delivery
I received the wrong products. What should I do?
That should not have happened. Please send us an email and we will make sure the correct products are sent to you as soon as possible.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that. It is possible that your order was damaged during transport. For example, the envelope may have been torn during delivery.
If you believe the product is too damaged to use properly, please take clear photos of the damage and email them to us. We will then send you replacement products as soon as possible.
I entered the wrong address when placing my order. What should I do?
Please send us an email with the correct address. We will update the details and make sure your order is delivered to the right address.
I entered the wrong email address when placing my order. What should I do?
No problem, this can happen. Please send us an email including your order number and the correct email address. We will update your details and make sure you receive all the necessary information.
The address fields for “street” and “city” stay greyed out during checkout. What should I do?
Please check that you have entered any house number addition in the correct field, rather than directly after the house number itself. This often resolves the issue.
If you have already tried this and the problem persists, please send us a screenshot of what you see on your screen by email. We’ll be happy to help you further.
Does the summary cover all GCSE exam content?
Yes. All of the GCSE exam content that can be assessed in the final national exams is fully covered in our summaries.
We are confident of this because we carefully work through the official GCSE exam specification in detail, covering everything that can be tested.
The exam specification is the official document published by the exam boards. It sets out exactly what you need to know for your GCSE exams, and it is the same document used by textbook publishers to create school books.
Are the answers to the practice questions included in the summaries?
Yes. In every GCSE summary, you’ll find a QR code on page 4 or 5. By scanning this code, you can view the answers to all of the practice questions included in the summary.
I’m not in my exam year yet. Is it useful to use the summaries already?
No, we don’t recommend that. Our summaries are always written specifically for the GCSE exam year shown on the front cover. Because GCSE exam content can change from year to year, we can’t guarantee that a summary will still cover all required exam content in a future exam year.
Our advice is to wait until your exam year starts and then get going early with your revision.
How can I scan a QR code in your summary?
You can scan the QR code using the camera on your smartphone. Simply open your camera, point it at the QR code, and the link should open automatically.
If this doesn’t work with your camera, you can use a QR code scanner app instead. There are many free apps available. Just search for “QR” or “QR scanner” in the App Store or Google Play Store. Any of these apps will work.
Can I use my summaries again next school year?
The short answer is yes and no.
Each year, we update our summaries based on the latest GCSE exam specifications. If the exam content for a subject changes, we update the summary accordingly. We also add the most recent GCSE exam questions every year and make improvements based on feedback from students and teachers. We are constantly refining our materials to make explanations clearer and revision more effective.
Because of this, the most up-to-date summary is always the best match for the current GCSE exams. In some cases, you may still be able to use an older summary, but we recommend checking carefully whether all of the content is still relevant for the new exam year.
Can I return (part of) my order?
Yes, no problem. You can return all or part of your order within 14 days of receiving it. Our returns policy is straightforward. You do not need to give a reason for returning items, although we always appreciate feedback so we can improve our products.
The only exception applies if you order a product during the GCSE exam period and attempt to return it after the exams have finished. Please see article 10 of our general terms and conditions for more details.
You can start the return process by emailing us at [email protected].
