Returns policy

When returning one or more products, please take note of the following points:

1. You can return products within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. We charge £4 return postage per return shipment.
3. Please make sure your return is packaged securely to prevent damage during transport.
4. Products that show visible signs of use cannot be returned. This includes, for example, summaries with sharp folds or creases, also known as wear and tear. For products with wear and tear, no refund will be issued. If the damage was not caused by use, you may of course still return the product.
5. If you return a product that we decide is not eligible for a refund, most commonly due to wear and tear, we will inform you by email. You can then let us know whether you would like the product returned to you. Please do so within 14 days. If we do not hear from you within this period, we will assume you no longer wish to receive the product and it will be disposed of.
6. Returns are not possible from 14 days before the exam start date, in line with our general terms and conditions. If you believe you are still entitled to a return within this period, please email us at [email protected] stating which product you wish to return and the reason for return.
